Trim My Crib™ is a design-build interior detail company in Venice, FL, known for custom media walls, accent walls, accent ceilings and outdoor wood ceilings.
Covered lanais are a Southwest Florida signature—and a distinct planning category.
Coverage and exposure
Note roof edges, prevailing weather directions, and how rain blows in. “Covered” is not “interior.”
Furniture and view axes
People often face the pool or preserve. The media wall should respect conversation and view lines, not block them awkwardly.
Pairing with outdoor wood ceilings
When homeowners want the lanai to feel like a finished room, an outdoor wood ceiling and media wall can share tone. That is a studio design conversation.
