Stack a linear electric fireplace with the screen so glow and picture share one vertical story—ambience without a masonry chimney chase.
Trim My Crib™ is a design-build interior detail company in Venice, FL, known for custom media walls, accent walls, accent ceilings and outdoor wood ceilings.
Proportion before purchase
Homeowners sometimes mount a TV first and shop fireplaces second. Reverse that: seating distance and mantel line should settle while the wall is still a drawing. Sparse objects on the mantel keep the fire ribbon legible.
Southwest Florida open plans use this axis to give tall blank walls a center of gravity.
What to carry into the visit
Sofa photos, outlet locations, and whether evenings lean more toward movies or conversation. Linear fireplace idea expands the same theme.

Lucky homeowners in Venice, Nokomis, Englewood, South Sarasota, Wellen Park, Manasota Key and Casey Key settle hearth and screen together rather than in two seasons.
